HYBRID JOIST is the inventor and supplier of a brand new engineering wood product: the open web wood hybrid joists. This silent floor system, whose maximum scope tables are in accordance with the criteria related to the reduced vibration of the Canadian Construction Marerials Center, is made in a Quebec-based ultramodern warehouse. This joist can be adjusted to any construction site. HYBRID JOIST has also developed its own specialized software in order to do structural calculations of its open web hybrid floor joists.
Moreover, HYBRID JOIST also supplies different components that are used for making floorings, such as filler pieces, columns, middle jambs, pony walls, rimboards, l-joists, and LVL (header) beams.

The wood that HYBRID JOIST uses for making its joists comes from forests which are managed with a sustainable development perspective. As a matter of fact, HYBRID JOIST’s joists require less wood fivers than a conventional joist.

Moreover, a certain amount of our residue is used to produce HYBRID JOIST open web filler pieces, whereas another amount is tore to shreds and recycled in order to protect the environment.
